2. Products

Our Alien Adoption Packs contain live eggs, which can hatch in pre-prepared aquatic H2O solution. These are harmless aquatic organisms, used for education only.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Packs are suitable for children aged 6 years and over.

The kits are for novelty and educational purposes only — they are not intended as food or for any use other than hatching and keeping them as temporary pets.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal, Square, or other approved providers.

Prices may be updated at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.

Delivery times vary and may be affected by postal or customs delays outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

The pack must be returned at your cost, unopened and unused. Due to the inclusion of live organisms, we cannot accept returns of opened kits.

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace the missing components.

Refunds are processed using your original payment method.

6. Safety & Care

Always use kits under adult supervision.

Not for human or animal consumption.

Keep away from very young children and pets.

Do not release hatched Aliens into the wild — they should be responsibly disposed of in household waste water.

7. Liability

We are not liable for misuse of the packs. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
